Empress Elisabeth (Sisi) from Austria

The Empress Elisabeth of Austria with diamond stars in her hair, on a very famous portrait by Franz Xaver Winterhalter made in 1865. The stamp was issued in 2010 by the Austrian Postal Service to celebrate the Expo 2010 in Shanghai.
