The 2010 Taipei International Flora Exposition opened on November 6, 2010 and ran until April 25, 2011 in Taipei, Taiwan (RoC). The postcard celebrates this garden festival and the two flower stamps used for it, with the Flora Expo logo in corner, were issued by Taiwanese Post as part of 2 souvenir sheets to commemorate this event.
