To celebrate the 150th Anniversary of the Alpine Association, the Austrian Post has issued one single stamp in January 2012. This postcard has everything to promote the love of the Alps, that is one of the goals of the Alpine Association too. On the front of the card you can see the surroundings of Adamekhütte, a typical mountain hut located at 2196 meters above the sea level and open only during the Summer.
