There is not much left to tell about the sinking of the White Star Liner R.M.S. 'Titanic', which saled from Southampton on Wednesday 10th April 1912 and was totally lost off Newfoundland on Sunday night (April 14th). Therefore I appreciate the decision made by Irish An Post to commemorate the centenary of the sinking with 4 stamps by focusing on 4 individuals connected with Titanic. Here you can see all the 4 stamps used on 4 Titanic cards depicting British news reports.
