In 2009 CTT (the Portuguese Postal Service) issued a series of 2 stamps to celebrate the birds of prey. This was a joint issue with Iran. On this one (right) you can see the Osprey (Pandion haliaetus), also known as fish eagle or sea hawk. On the front of the card there is an Arctic Tern (Sterna paradisaea), a migratory seabird.
